This project is the result collaboration between myself and four other individuals. The instructional problem we tackled was that of a lack of engaging and effective compliance training in education. Our goal was to design an instructional multimedia solution to improve the compliance training process so that teachers and support staff can gain adequate compliance training for the school year. This project includes a client proposal and a multimedia presentation presenting our instructional solution.

This instructional design project is divided into four parts showcasing application of the ADDIE Instructional Design process to an instructional unit: 1) the learners, environment, and instructional goal, 2) task analysis and performance objectives, 3) instructional strategy, activities, and materials, and 4) the formative evaluation report. The instructional unit was designed, developed, implemented, and evaluated for a specific group of learners in a specific environment.

This project required the design and development of an interactive multimedia object for a specific instructional need. A learning object is an instructional unit of an online course (or a small part of supplemental material used in face-to-face courses) that can be reused by another course or for other instructional purposes. The interactive multimedia object was developed based on a design document and a research-based design rationale and underwent an evaluation process at the end.
This project meets the following standards:
The e-learning design project required development of a complete online course using the Canvas Learning Management System (LMS). The course includes 4 lesson modules, each with its own lesson overview, assignments, discussion questions, quizzes, and multi-media videos. This project is divided into six parts: the project proposal, the course syllabus, the design of a user interface, the creation of content (overviews, assignments, and discussions,) the formulation of assessments, and the development of multimedia.
This project meets the following standards:
This practicum project is designed to engage students in real-world, job-related experiences within a specialized field of study. This practicum applies the knowledge and theory from previous courses toward the solution of an actual instructional/training problem in a real-world context. The project consists of four parts: (1) Project Proposal, (2) Design Plan, (3) Instructional Solution, and (4) Evaluation and Revision.
